QUESTION: Councillor F. Timmons
To ask for a report into the members Reps system why it’s taking so long to answer some? And what can be done in order to answer these in a timely manner?
REPLY:
A report on the current status of the Members Reps is available on today’s Agenda. Every effort is being made to answer outstanding queries and to respond in a timely manner to all current and new Members Reps.
A further report on the status of outstanding Members Reps will be brought to each Organisation, Procedure and Finance Committee Meeting.
