To ask the Chief Executive carry out a full review of Standing Orders in order to facilitate getting through all the business that will arise and to ensure efficiency in the new enlarged Council

It is proposed to carry out a review of Standing Orders to consider this and other matters with a view to preparing a report for the November O, P. and F. meeting.
